UK-Wire Limited (UKW) is a dedicated Company Press Release service offering the very latest announcements from UK quoted Companies. Included are the regulatory content (such as results) but UKW also provides Companies with the means to communicate effectively via the Internet on all aspects of their business. UKW is the most comprehensive source of UK Company announcements on the Internet. The coverage is to be extended to incorporate IPO's and other unlisted Companies wishing to attract investment and also to cover the other major European markets.
UKW is a wholly owned subsidiary of Financial Express Prestel Limited. Financial Express Prestel (FEP) specialises in the collection and dissemination of financial market news and data. The Prestel division in particular has a long track record in this area. FEP has a contract with the LSE for the dissemination of prices and RNS. It is one of two companies in the UK (the FT being the other) that collects all unit trust and other collective investment prices, direct from source.
